Abstract
In mature society is very important trade expansion with existing customers.To existing customers is necessary to improve customer satisfaction through optimal support.The role of the help desk is big. but Help Desk is a cost, in the company. Need to be small. We focus on the Text data such as WEB forms, and e-mails . We propose a method ranking of the contents using the text mining and Sentiment Analysis for the Help desk optimization.
