We will discuss the method of organization analysis by creating a fusion of visualization and MIS. By using KACHINA CUBE Ver.2 that is a 3D visualization technology, we throw out a framework for taking cognizance of the whole of an organization from the point of view of human resource. Moreover, we will verify practical effectiveness of our visualization model for the personnel evaluation system.
