In recent years, the importance of career education in universities has increased. Most Japanese universities have Internship in their courses. Many universities and companies expect that university students develop their fundamental competencies for working persons with internship. They also expect the improvements of students' self-evaluation of fundamental competencies. In this study, we focus on the short-term internship and examine the development of students' self-evaluation of fundamental competencies for working persons.
