Storytelling is an effective communication method and can give listeners motivations. Therefore, it is practically used for organization change, presentation, and marketing. In a technology company to which the first author belongs, storytelling was utilized as a display method at the exhibition for the first time. A group in the company considered to exhibit the light source developed by seeds orientation for market research. In this study, we investigated the process of considering the display method in and reflectively analyzed the practice by using the concepts of Communities of Practice. As a result, we found that the storytelling itself functioned as Boundary Object and played an important role to promote the utilization of storytelling.
