In recent years, there has been an increasing need for “Digital Transformation (DX)" that uses new digital technologies to create and flexibly support business models in order to enhance corporate growth and competitiveness. On the other hand, the existing system that has become complicated and black-boxed due to many years of renovation has become a foothold, making it difficult for management reform, business reform, and system reform.

In this report, we consider the requirements for transforming into an in-trepreneur-type information system department that realizes DX, regenerates from the contracted information system department, and contributes to management based on a successful case in one company.
