We assume that many IT coordinators as company employees cannot play active roles which reflects the IT coordinator qualification. The aim of this project is that Jasmin Tokai and ITC-Chubu jointly study conditions in which IT personnel can play active roles in order effective IT application for the enterprise management and execute measures which settle the hindrance of their activities in December, 2016. In 2017, We launched “ITC Chubu Jissenn Dojo" as a human resource development activity, observed the planning and effectively confirmed it. This article shows the process of the activity as a follow up report of it on the National Conference of JASMIN in June, 2017.
