Abstract
In this Paper, we forcused on distributive justice in social psychology, and analyzed the factors to affect attitude to public investments in rural areas by the questionnaire survey. As the result of the survey, we presumed, it was confirmed that distributive justice in terms of “need” has the biggest effect on degree of acceptance in rural infrastructure in three types of distributive justice, i.e. “equity”, “equality” and “need”. And it is implied that in the discussion of the regional disparities of infrastructure investment, it is important to discuss from the view point of not only “individuals” but also “region”.
