By rapid shift of smartphone demand area to the emerging country, and bigdata processing of vast amounts of data obtained from any device such as smartphone, wearable devices, and M2M equipment, in the mobile world expansion of the use region and deepening of usage patterns have proceeded in parallel. As a result, the wall between the areas previously covered with high fence is taken down and the possibility of relationship as we have never expected have appeared. This results changes in the mobile ecosystem, and this change also requires the adaptation of each company associated with it. I try the analysis of this situation from the viewpoint of "management of ambidextrous".

The Two main issues of IT-supported learning/education are (1) that there are relatively few empirically controlled studies on the efficacy of IT support, and?(2) that the main thrust of the movement is techno-centric rather than pedagogy-centric. These two issues are, of course, intrinsically connected. Based on the framework to analyse the efficacy of IT supported learning/education, consisting of pedagogical types and evaluation dimensions, the article investigates potential areas for the meaningful IT support and drawbacks of the IT support for various pedagogical types. Also potential benefits of new approaches to IT support is speculated.

We developed and introduced the attendance management system (SAMS) as an academic affairs system of Shonan Institute of Technology.
This system consists of IC card readers for taking attendances and the WEB system for managing attendance information.
The purpose of SAMS is estimation of students that cannot get enough course credits as soon as possible.
We can use this estimation to prevent repeating a course and withdrawing.
First, we give an outline of SAMS in this manuscript.
Using attendance information, we propose a method to estimate students that cannot get enough course credits.

Specifically I complemented the lesson by extra-curricular activities, which are taking part in planning a part of information system development projects in university, planning and enforcement of the course in computer for community residents, and planning to open an imitation booth at university festival. As a result, by such a practice, the project management skill of the student improved. I describe this concrete practice method and result.

The following concepts have existed to obtain something from “crowd" by IT. “Crowdstorming" create ideas, “crowdfunding" obtain funds, and “crowdsourcing" get human resources. The information about the introductory effect of IT system runs short, and it does not feel necessity.

The derivation of the data which have been gathered generates DB schema, and a skill to make trial and error by dimension deletion is necessary. Therefore, the government which is an executive organ offers information necessary for decision making to the assembly. That information only passes to a member of the assembly and is not necessarily shown publicly. And that information is not saved in the whole local government in a lump even if a member of the assembly saves those information personally. Furthermore, there is not the information sharing with the neighborhood local government. Among two hundred thousand of people died from the East Japan Earthquake, the rate of the elderly is quite high and demonstrated the lack of the infrastructure construction. Additionally, prolonged poor living conditions as evacuees increase the disaster-associated mortality, which reveals the importance of the care after disasters. This study seeks to improve the survival rate of vulnerable people, such as patients in care facilities, on large-scale earthquake disaster through the sentiment survey from the caregivers and the prioritization of the BCP development. This is an early study to develop infrastructure based on the mutual self-help, being different from the public help which the government is considering.

In this study, we present a novel model to visualize benefit segmentation using supervised Self-organizing Map(SSOM). Benefit segmentation is an approach in the market segmentation which paid its attention to the benefit of customers. It is the segmentation technique which attaches importance not only to demographics such as age, sex, and an occupation but to benefit. This segmentation is considered to be a classification of customer data in the viewpoint of data mining. However, the feature understanding of customer data is difficult for many supervised learning techniques, and extraction of useful information is not easy. By employing SSOM which made the customer's benefit class information, segmentation was attained simultaneously with data visualization.

In recent years, 020 and Omni channel has attracted attention. However, in the discussion of where the perspective of experience that has been highlighted in AISAS and buzz has been overlooked. Rather, we think that the target of search and buzz should be a user experience, not a gamification and/or discount coupons. And the place to talk about the customer experience could be considered as an owned media.
From awareness of these problems, in this paper, we would consider the significance of owned media as a place to talk about the experience of using the product.

Group decision making situations with decision makers' misperception of permissible range of decision makers are described and analyzed in the mathematical frameworks for committees with permissible ranges and hypergames. It is shown that decision makers need to change their permissible ranges depending on their perceptions of the permissible ranges of the others in order to achieve a group decision which is more preferable for them. Moreover, it is demonstrated that the permissible ranges they should choose vary according to the decision making rule which is adopted by the group.
